Since founding ARCO has invested over $3 billion across real asset classes and has managed over the years more than 10,000 residential units.

David, CEO since 2018, has guided the company with grit, entrepreneurial insight, and a commitment to long-term stability. Under his leadership, ARCO has continued developing and investing in real estate with a current portfolio in excess of $500 million, and the addition of an integrated property management capability through a new division, North Management.
